HEALTH & SAFETY ON FIRE PROTECTION PROJECTS 

Health and safety of every operative working with us is important. Health and safety is a significant criteria in many of the Accreditations we hold. Our aim is to minimise the occurrence of occupational accidents and achieve an accident-free workplace. 

TRAINING 

Mandatory H&S training is essential for any construction company. As part of our commitment to a skilled team our operatives have CSCS certification to demonstrate their competence and their understanding of health and safety on construction sites. In addition to this, many of our operatives have SSSTS, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos awareness, and First Aid, with additional role-specific training for supervisors. Our ongoing training programme enables operatives and supervisors to achieve further qualifications including NVQs. 

Our management structure along with Site Supervisors oversee all our live projects, ensuring each seal completed on site is completed to the best of each operative’s ability and most importantly, installed conformant to manufacturers guidance. 

Prior to commencement on site, our clients are issued a site-specific pack inclusive of RAMS, product, and manufacturer details for installations in which we are going to be completing on site. All information issued is to be accepted prior to commencement to enable a smooth journey on site with IB Fire Protection and Building Control Officers.
