Canary Wharf – Until Health Purpose :To provide passive fire protection throughout the building, preventing the spread of fire and smoke between compartments.

Scope: Firestopping to service penetrations within walls and floors. Installation of approved service penetrations firestopping systems. Installation of fire curtain barriers where required.

Goal: Completion of the passive fire protection works by 2026.

Status: Project currently ongoing – approximately 80% complete.

Shackelton House

Purpose : To provide fire protection throughout the building, preventing the spread of fire and smoke between compartments.

Scope: Firestopping to service penetrations within risers and corridors passing through walls and floors. Fire sealing of lift shaft penetrations. Sealing around lift door frames to maintain fire compartimentation.

Status: Project completed.
